Shipping and Returns

UK SHIPPING ONLY AT THIS TIME.

Sadly, due to the UK leaving the EU and the new cosmetics selling regulations requiring a business to set up in an EU member state to sell there, we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK.

We are very sorry about this.  We are working on being able to ship to other countries in the near future.

All items are shipped via tracked services.

Guaranteed Insured Royal Mail delivery on orders over £100 - FREE

ETAs

Please note that some items are made fresh to order, so please allow up to 2 working days for your items to ship. 

Though we aim to ship same day if ordered before 3pm and we have your item ready stocked.

Note that ETA's posted next to shipping methods are approximate and apply to the time to receive the item after it has been shipped.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the hygiene seal (if there is one) unbroken.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Email us by replying to your original order confirmation or quoting your order number to contact@revegacosmetics.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Where there are obvious signs of use.
Where the item is returned in a condition whereby it cannot be resold.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days (please be aware it may take longer to appear in your account depending on your banks clearing times).
Please be aware that in the event that we cannot refund you for the item, we will give you the option to pay postage to have it sent back to you, or we will dispose of it.  It is due to strict hygiene policies that we have in place, that we will not resell items returns to us.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sale item sales are final.

Custom orders
Where items have been ordered from us that we do not hold in stock, this is deemed a custom order and therefore we cannot refund or exchange after purchase.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@revegacosmetics.com with your order information and what you would like to exchange for.

Returns shipping
To return your product, you should email us to request a returns address.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive the full value of your original order including original postage cost paid.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a tracked shipping service. This it for your own assurance that it has reached us.

We will not refund for returned items we do not receive.

Lost items

Please email contact@revegacosmetics.com to let us know if you have not received your order in the expected time and we will look into this for you.
